Fresh Pasta – Cooking Instructions:

For best results, we recommend the following preparation method:

• Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, with a generous pinch of salt.

• Gently place the fresh pasta into the boiling water.

Let it cook for 3 minutes only (no more) to preserve the perfect texture and flavor.

Drain immediately and serve with your preferred sauce or seasoning.

Freshly made pasta is delicate and cooks much faster than dried pasta. Be careful not to overcook it.
