Fresh Pasta – Cooking Instructions
For best results, we recommend the following preparation method:
• Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, with a generous pinch of salt.
• Gently place the fresh pasta into the boiling water.
• Let it cook for 3 minutes only (no more) to preserve the perfect texture and flavor.
• Drain immediately and serve with your preferred sauce or seasoning.
Freshly made pasta is delicate and cooks much faster than dried pasta. Be careful not to overcook it.
